I totally forgot to blog about this-but I must! On Mothers Day-we decided to try this new restaurant called “Kobe Japanese Cuisine”. We absolutely love Japanese food-especially Sushi-so we HAD to try this new place out! Now Fargo was pretty much lacking when it came to great japanese restaurants..until NOW! This place was awesome–so delicious! Fresh food, great service and very friendly people! Their sushi was to die for–for real! It was soooo good! Our waiter was named Alex, and come to find out-he had just moved here from Atlanta. I’m from Georgia-so that was pretty cool. We had something to talk about. Namely the weather HERE..and how it takes getting used to! LOL!
Anyway, It was a great time and we are definitley going back again-and again!
