I love to bake and make things from scratch, but sometimes the simple store-bought stuff works for me, too! My girls loved these cookies when I made them. They really don’t care if cookies are from scratch or ready-made dough…LOL! I think these are cute-and a yummy holiday treat!

I had this recipe printed out–and haven’t had the chance to make it….but my hubby made it for us this morning–and let me just say, it was delish!!! :yes: Oh yeah–and the “surprise” part is cream cheese inside! Yum! :-))
Update! Here is the recipe–from Taste of Home.
I made the cupcakes for my girls to frost & decorate (although this one-I did)…and the big cookies–I made them for my little sweethearts! The rest of the cookies were hearts in various sizes and I let the girls frost & decorate those as well.
Along with all the chocolate in the house for Valentine’s Day–I should gain about 5 lbs…LOL!
My girls LOVE to help bake! I think their favorite part is eating the cookie dough! lol
