Skating with Santa

This past Sunday evening we headed over to the Veterans Memorial Arena for an evening of Ice Skating with Santa. Admission was a food donation (for the local food bank), and we also got hot chocolate and cookies. It was fun–but it has been a LONG time since I’ve been ice skating…LOL! I was 19 years old the last time I had a pair of ice skates on. You do the math.

It was a good time!

A Fun Winter Day!

This was last Saturday! The weather was nice enough to go out and have a little bit of fun in the snow!

We had a great time–and afterwards, we went over to Caribou coffee for some hot chocolate..(well, I had coffee)

Going to school….

This photo was taken on Monday. Jace was seeing Jacey off to school. It really snowed a LOT that day!
She was all bundled up in her winter gear: Snow pants, coat, mittens, and hat. When I picked her up from the bus stop that afternoon, we had so much more snow! Luckily, the bust stop is close by!
