I made these yesterday for the family, and they were a big hit!
For these-I just used a box mix (white cake) and cream cheese frosting. I divided the cake batter into several small bowls (depending on the colors/how many you want to use) and used food coloring to dye the batter in each bowl a different color. 
I then layered each color, one after the other into the cups…and baked according to the box mixed I used. Very easy to do, just takes a little time & patience. 
I made these the other day for the family-and they were a hit! Quite delicious too!
These I made with my butterfly shaped silicone muffin liners. I made them in round and butterfly shapes, but the real treat was the taste! Yummy!
Very easy to make, too! You make your own cornbread mixture (or you can use jiffy mix). You cook up a pound of hamburger meat with taco seasoning. If you don’t have taco seasoning, you can add chili powder and other seasonings. (I also added chopped onions in the hamburger as well.) Drain, then add into cornbread mixture along with 2 cups of shredded cheese. Mix all together and bake according to your regular cornbread recipe or jiffy mix package.
They turn out so good! Yum! Serve them with pinto beans and a salad for a delicious meal!
We are also going to make other recipes/varieties with cornbread. I will post them later!
