Weather: 

I’m so excited! The other day on craigslist, I found a white antique vanity w/ mirror for only $30! I’ve been wanting to get a vanity for Jacey’s room, although I would have to do a bit of rearranging in there..lol! So when I saw this, I called right away! To my surprise, I actually called in time! *yay* There have been plenty of times that I’ve seen things on craigslist & missed out…but not this time! Jace went & picked it up for me in a town about 45 minutes away on Tuesday evening.
(Thank you, honey!) Here’s a pic of it in Jacey’s room. I just love it, and so does she!

Now I just need to find a cute little chair to go with it.

Well, it’s almost over…blah!! lol
We had a fun one though. We spent a lot of time outdoors, went walking, went to the park and did some exploring-which Jacey loves to do. [I’ve added new pics on Flickr!]
Today Jacey went to a baseball game with her friend, Ryleigh {and Ryleigh’s parents, of course}..she had lots of fun! It was her first baseball game!

We still haven’t got our upstairs bathroom painted yet…lol. The paint is sitting in there. Maybe I’ll start on it tomorrow. Key word: START…HA HA! I really want to get it done soon…it will look really good! The paint color I chose is “Arabian Sands”. I wanted a paint color that was close to the color of sand, and it is perfect!

Jace is upstairs messing around with his brand spanking new computer! *yay* He’s transferring files over to the new one. I got a new 19 inch widescreen monitor out of the deal. He took my flatscreen monitor that I had, and I got the widescreen monitor that came with his pc. Now we both have new computers…and new monitors..LOL! I do love this monitor, it’s really nice and spiffy looking. The speakers are even built in.

Well, I have some things to do before bed, so I better get going…….

Weather: 

GRRRR! These days I can honestly say that I am HATING my hair. Aside from the fact that I am experiencing postpartum hair loss, my hair is just flyaway and frizzy and very uncooperative!
The hair loss in the past week, has really slowed down, so I think it’s starting to end…but what am I left with? Hair that is no longer as full and thick as it once was (especially while pregnant.) Yeah, I know this is normal, but it’s still not fun at all. Anyways…I want to go for a totally new look…but really haven’t had the time to head over to a salon. I’m thinking that I might color my hair at home, and maybe later go to the salon for a cut and style. I need to take care of these grays I’m getting…LOL! They are probably from the stress of the hair loss…LMBO!
Anyways, I am thinking of going this color! [The middle one: Roasted Coffee B2]. I love that one!
Anyways, we’ll see how it goes…wish me luck with my hair woes! Ha ha!

Weather: 

Today the girls and I went over to “Once Upon A Child” to take a peek to see what new items they had.
It was our luck day, I suppose! Jacey found some “little people” and I found her 2 very cute pairs of boots for the fall and winter. I was pleased. As I was at the register paying, I asked the girl how often they get doll houses in. She turned around and said, “Oh, we just got this one in.” I looked, and it was EXACTLY what we had been looking for! A HUGE doll house with a ton of accessories, people, and more! All for only $25! Yay, I immediately said “I’ll take it!” So I walked out of there spending $40, when I kinda thought we would browse and not find anything..lol! They apparently got a ton of stuff in, so it was our lucky day. I was carrying Jadyn around the store, but I have to say, if I took her in with her stroller, we would probably have looked longer and found more goodies, HA!

Weather: 

Just wanted to share a couple of pics of our new plants. We planted the shrubs over a week ago, and we just planted (yesterday) the flowers (Gay Feathers) and put in the solar lights. I also bought a purple Aster plant, and put it into my pot on the porch. I love purple flowers!
